5 Steps For Mail In Service
1. Backup Your Device
Perform a full backup of your device to insure no data is lost when we complete your repair. This can be accomplished in a few ways depending on the model/operating system. Please choose from the following operating system your device is running on for a guide on how to backup your device.
- iOS Devices – iPhone, iPads etc.
- Android Devices – Samsung, Huawei, Oppo etc.
- Windows Devices – Nokia.
2. Booking Form
Complete the form below, so we will be able to give customers first-hand support and details if needed.
3. Mail Us Your Damaged Device
We suggest carefully wrapping your device in bubble wrap or placing it in a protective box for shipping.
4. Once Received We Will Request Payment
Once the damage is assessed we will contact you regarding payment. We accept many forms of payment including direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and PayPal.
5. Repairs Are Complete & Device Is Returned
Once your repair is complete we will contact you with a tracking number of your device. Repairs are performed within 24 hours of receipt.
